I think it could work. A car that gets 60mpg @60mph is using 1 gal per 60miles == 1gal /hour @ 60mph or only 1/60th of a gal per minute right? / by 60 to get per sec rate of gasoline use rate = 1/3600 of gal per second, looks like his system “could” do that easily. It so cheap to rig, why didn’t you do the leg work…
