Question: If the government somehow managed to win a suit against a state setting its own laws (that contradict federal laws or guidelines) - what other laws would then be subject to revocation on that basis? I’m wondering if such a victory would come back to bite them later on down the road.

I didn’t know how much I needed one of these. But now I do.

Thanks for the rundown on this show! I recently saw this on our kids’ Fire tablets and gave it pass.

We were at Glacier National Park a while back - and in one of the locations there was an ice bridge with a handful of signs that said ‘Keep Off! Unstable Ice Bridge!” but lo-and-behold there were a handful of idiots who decided this was the perfect place to channel their inner penguin by jumping and sliding on it.

I noticed the lack of a link as well, which was frustrating.

I can vouch for this statement.

If you guys haven’t already, you should definitely do a video or article on the gradual public acceptance of larger phone screens.

Google Glass wasn’t as discrete as it should have been (likely a technology constraint at the time) - and if I remember correctly a lot of their ‘ambassadors’ didn’t do themselves or the platform any favors with their attitude towards dissenters.
