This car will finally bring some much-needed competition to the market where the ScootCoupe dominates..
I think their original reason was that they can sell the GBA at a cheaper price that parents would bite at for their kids, meanwhile the SP retained the "standard" pricing for their core demographic (in a way they've tried the same thing with the 3ds and 2ds).
They definitely tried it with the GBA and GBA SP - they insisted the SP was not a replacement and simply another option, until they realized that the market for the GBA dried up as soon as the SP was released.
When the Nintendo DS was first announced Nintendo repeatedly stated that the "DS" (then a codename) would not be replacing the Game Boy Advance (or be a "Game Boy") but instead would be a separate product marketed to a different group.

If I recall correctly, Mitsubishi's 6-speed MT in the Evo IX MR is not very reliable (the smaller gears made them weaker, 4th gear in particular) - which is why they stuck the 5-speed MT in the GSR. There's also a weight advantage to the 5-speed vs 6-speed.
The next news is both good and bad. The ILX now gets the larger TLX's eight-speed dual clutch paddle shift gearbox, but it loses its six-speed manual. That's kind of a shame. The ILX was never great, but I liked the idea of a high-revving stick shift entry lux sedan. Maybe I'm stuck living in the Integra-past.
So is this the new cross-over/suv replacement for the Evolution they were talking about a while back?
I Google'd "lifestyle van" and came across this... it's glorious :
How about a hoodie? (shiny/with tail!):
When you say "called" are we talking date/month... or "an earthquake is going to happen"? Because if it's the former I could have called that any day. Also - sources please.
Don't worry - carry-on fees will come soon enough to remedy this issue (some already have).
The internet doesn't know what it's talking about.
I agree, though several consecutive speedbumps would probably work better than one!
NP all of the way.
Couldn't Walmart look at these tweets and use the transaction IDs to trace these people through their Credit/Debit cards used? There's at least 2 that used their card for the purchase - one used cash.
The show gets worse. Much worse. But for those of us who have stuck around through it all it has become a very deep love-hate relationship.
It'd be a more extreme version of this:
