I thought it was a "free-fall" type ride, no tube/raft involved. Granted I never really read up on it - but now it just seems less scary. The netting certainly doesn't help. I need more DANGER!

Plus, you'd be alive to collect the settlement check! Presumably...
Phew! For a second I thought I was going crazy there. Back to skinning ants!
Univision.com is your friend. You don't need to understand what they're saying, all you need to know is "Goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzo" means "goal".
Depending on how big these charges were the payout may not be worth it to some. BTW, did you update the article or did I just miss that last section entirely?!
"Push" meaning someone looks at their bills, sees several charges going years back, and asks T-Mobile for a refund. T-Mobile refuses to refund them and the person decides to take legal matters. Statute of limitations may be an issue depending on how far back those charges went - they may not be able to recuperate all o…
Yeah, I think you're right. I couldn't pull it up on the replay but he either said "poste" or "palo". I just went with Google translate on that one.
Poor Swiss is all I could think after the match ended. I was actually upset that they lost. They played this game to win and did everything except score. Too bad that's the only part that counts...
The Swiss weren't ready to go home just yet. There were three minutes of injury time in overtime, and two minutes in, the Swiss played a dead ball into the box. Substitute Blerim Džemaili skied in the six-yard-box to win a point-blank header. He missed, however, and the ball ricocheted directly off the post and then…
Unless, of course, you're just saying he's wrong in order to through him off the trail.... very clever!
Considering the article mentioned that allegedly 40% of the people charged these bogus fees called in and were given refunds....
He is excellent at the "win it or kill it" mentality (a phrase I made up just now): either win the ball or kill the play.
Even if the FTC fails at making T-Mobile payout, couldn't you look at your previous bills for these charges and then approach T-Mobile demanding a refund for each and every one? I'm sure statute of limitations may come into play somewhere but you could still be looking at getting back something rather than nothing.
According to the Google machine, the Nickel Nickel in Huntington Beach may still be open. Though the last review for the place was 1 year ago.
It looks like the Nickel Nickel I used to go to as a kid (now permanently closed, apparently):
We were able to host a very successful impromptu get-together thanks to this game. Had a blast and topped it off with a little Nintendoland. This console becomes infinitely more enjoyable with 8+ people around.
My current TV (Vizio 37", ~5 years old") came from Walmart. Open box even. It's made a halfway-across-country trip on it's left side and is still kicking.
This is exactly the kind of advice I was looking for. I guess I'll put my money elsewhere. Thank you greatly!
Refresh rate says 120hz on Walmart.com (Am I reading it wrong? Is that only when not 4K content?).
