They've said in the past (too lazy to look it up right now) that if/when they implement the ability to use two Gamepads, that frame rate would be halved. Later they followed it up with a "which is why we must consider what types of games this would be acceptable with"-type comment.

Of course - but isn't your mind curious to see how this came to be? When such an impressive feat is accomplished it is always awesome to see how it was done. A simple before/after picture doesn't do something like this justice.
