It is maddening to see the police act like stormtroopers. Don’t they use judgement? Can’t they see that the 2 guys are doing nothing wrong? Why not just chat with the manager and leave. With NO prisoners. Got to reign the police in. They work for us. They are not an occupation army.

Standing in line means that you better not have ANYTHING like arthritis. The pain makes it impossible to stand or walk for more than about 10-15 minutes.

This reminds me of the time that the charity funding committee I chaired asked the head of the Boys and Girls Club (local) what they do for girls. The club was newly named to “include” girls. The director said that they invite the girls to dances. Hope they have improved since then.

What is the photo supposed to tell me? That teachers are worked to death (true) and dress badly (how is this relevant)? That writing standards used by teachers belong in the 30's? That you never met a real, living teacher? That the photo editor got an F in journalism class?
