The X5 M interior is a lot nicer than the Jeep Overland. I agree on their lower end cars like the 2/3/4 series the interiors aren’t that special.

That’s a good idea putting them against each other. Unfortunately the M2 is low production so it’s harder to do that.
*ATS not CTS. In the end I picked M2 via European delivery and got on a waiting list @ MSRP. 11 months later the dealer calls and tells me “Local Market Analysis” meant they wanted $5k over sticker for the regular model and $10k over for the competition. Could’ve found another allocation out of state at that point but…
I was in the market for a sporty manual RWD car last year as a 25 year old. I had interest in M2, M3, Corvette GS, Camaro 1LE, GT350. Why no Cadillac ATS-V? Just look at the gauge cluster.
I wouldn’t mind doing this at my wedding with some old domestic econoboxes.
It’s not that far-fetched an idea. The 240i/340i/440i with the same engine and RWD are all available with a manual.
No Manuel?
CJ or bust!
Yeah but it’s a Camero.
The Mustang has to be the most boring fast car out there. Now the Shelby is probably different, but there is just zero steering feel with the GT and Ecoboot. I would take literally every other non-Hyundai performance coupe on the market over a Mustang.
Seriously?
Cadillac has to make products like the CT6 for another 25 years before it can be generally accepted again. GM burned every bit of good faith they had.
Pros: Way cheaper cost of entry, more engaging with the driver, minimal depreciation, less cost-cutting
I would have bought an M2 if not for my local dealer markups. It looks like a good deal compared to this $60k Civic though.
The M4 GTS was slightly faster around Laguna Seca than the 1LE, and 2 seconds faster than the ZL1 around the Ring. That said it is significantly more compromised for street driving than the other two.
An owner weighed his 2016 F-Type V6S MT curb weight to be 3800 lbs. Further down the page someone got 3840 lbs for their automatic. There’s definitely something funny with the official Jaguar numbers.
Evo UK weighed the F-Type V8 and found it to be 120kg (265 lbs) heavier than Jaguar’s specs.
Just call it a Camaro. I have the SS 1LE. This girl with a new V6 Camaro loved it. She had no idea what 1LE or ZL1 were. Let alone ZL1 1LE.
My 17 SS 1LE is comfortable day-to-day while maintaining a good amount of body control. The bigger issue with dailying this ZL1LE for me is the giant splitter, I already scrape occasionally with the smaller SS 1LE splitter.
