That was thorough. Nicely done

They haven’t stopped... they’re currently conducting a public beta. Unfortunately, it costs $60 - $70 to participate in the test.

Marvel has a blueprint... a tried and true formula that has been working for years now. It’s now simple enough for a director to hop in, build within that established universe and not f*ck it up.

They don’t work, is my assumption.

Actually it is a deterent, this legal action makes a cheat developer think twice before trying to monetize their software, especially if they’re based stateside.

It’s titled in defense of Squeeks, not in defense of Michael Bay.

I think that the phrase was a misprint. It was probably supposed to say, ‘Sells elsewhere for...’.

How do you know games won’t look like this? You live in the current generation of gaming and made that statement with a puzzling degree of certainty. It is definitely possible depending on which developer is using and, potentially, maximizing the tools at their disposal. Unity is a “more popular engine”. The most used

How else would he have purchased a key? There aren’t any authorized resellers of Blizzard’s games. He had to log into Battle.net in order to purchase the game four times, so, it’s unlikely that the banned player didn’t agree to both Battle.net’s and Overwatch’s EULAs/TOS.

He didn’t mention trying to obtain a refund in the post from the linked PC Gamer article, you did. Who knows if he’s even made the attempt to recoup some of his money. Blizzard isn’t stealing. He is trying to bypass the ban and should probably pursue any refund that he feels entitled to receive.

You agree to the Blizzard EULA/ToS when you set up a free Battle.net account. That’s certainly before you play any of their games.

The user’s address, and the account might be what’s used to identify banned players and to prevent false positives.

Except for Contra...

FLAKES! They are not stealing his money... He’s a cheater and is no longer allowed to play the game through Blizzard’s service. If you’re in the same boat, then you both can request a refund, if not, stop trying to be the cheater’s e-lawyer. He cheated with his 1st copy and attempted to circumvent the ban on his 3rd &

In the South, that behind closed door policy kinda goes out the window... kkk, Confederate flags, etc.

I personally don’t mind if the racist hosts fall off... but I get your point.

It’s a Titan 6GB (700 series) not a Titan X 12GB (900 series). Your 970 is supposed to outperform this card in games. Just like a 980 Ti is designed to out perform both the 970 and the previous gen Titan.

That’s the solution and it should’ve been implemented years ago... now we’re at the point of scrapping a $1 trillion dollar mistake. That’s not gonna happen.

Chalk this up as a chronic loss... Good news is that somebody has gotten and is still getting paid a hefty sum for this high-tech paper airplane. 😐
