I had one yesterday as well. Just tastes like regular orange soda. Nothing special.

Nope, H-series engines just got poor mileage and the one with the Accord engine is old and at the end of its life. I’m planning on getting something more fuel-efficient later this year, just need to make room in the driveway first.

I’m used to surprisingly poor MPG from a Japanese car. I have 3 Preludes, and the best of them gets mid 20s. I could handle an STi, but I don’t really want one.

I’ve had muscle cramps in my clutch foot a few times, but they didn’t last. Never happened in my right leg though. I live in Virginia (southside Richmond) but rarely drive where the speed traps are. I save my (responsible, i.e. by myself) hooning for where I know the cops don’t go and keep it around the speed limit on

Cruise control is a cool feature and learning about how it came about was a good read. For some reason, I’ve only ever used it sparingly over the years, typically only on long-distance trips on rural interstates. It doesn’t work on my DD (and it’s useless for my commute anyway), and in my project car I removed it to

Something something Matt Farah’s Million Pound something.

I knew that was coming. I’ve heard him pronounce it Porsh at some point though...I want to say it was on one of his TG appearances.

“The thing about the Porsch is...”

Yeah, it’s negligible at best. To me it’ll always be remembered as trying to fix something that wasn’t broken.

I’ve hated Clearview for years. I’ve always thought that Highway Gothic just looked better. Clearview, as someone once said on a road forum, looks like a cheap Chinese knockoff. VDOT (Virginia Department of Transportation) liked it enough to use it universally, but they didn’t do a good job with it. Good riddance.

I was hoping one of the endless Matt LeBlanc/Joey Tribbiani pics would win so I could use this one...

As a kid growing up in the 90s, I also preferred Home Improvement, but I picked up Friends in my 20s when it started playing on Nick At Nite and TBS. Never got into Seinfeld.

On a “track”.

“What was in that brown jar?”

The real thing actually happened recently.

“Did a Porsh throw up on you?”

Joey was my favorite character from Friends, and I was going to at least check out a few episodes of new TG anyway.

I saw a DeLorean in the wild for the first time the other day. It had a BTTF-related vanity plate, of course.

Heh, I knew that too. Can I blame beer? I blame beer. For that entire post.

Disappointing, but not surprising. I was hoping for it to become the GT86 or Celoca, with the iA to become the Yaris (or, y’know, the Mazda 2) and the iM to become the Matrix or Auris. But I figured all three would keep their 2016 names because simplicity.
