Poe's Law.

From ep 11: "Hey guys, it looks like I will be your reviewer for the rest of Person Of Interest’s final season."

LaFergs, I believe.

It finally rained in New England. (Greater Boston.)

It was left ambiguously off-screen. (Presumably pending final season order and Manheim's availability.) If they just held Control in a secret prison, I wouldn't bet on Samaritan.

Heinlein.

One of his build-a-wall ads was set in Morocco. ("We did that on purpose" claimed Trump's ad people.)

A couple of weeks back, every story on the RNC website was about Clinton. A casual observer would have assumed she must be their nominee. (There was also a link to buy GHW Bush socks, which I can only assume must be a major financial driver.)

A lot of Trump's early campaign and appeal have been based on winning. Winning is good, winning is winning, winning is how his supporters want to feel, he's a winner. (tweets poll)

In hindsight, "I'm going to sell mail-order steaks!" should have been a clue.

Full tasmanian devil in 3, 2…

The most interesting thing is that Trump stopped tweeting early yesterday. Don't know if he's been given back the phone yet.

It's sincerely embarrassing, as a left-leaning person, that we keep being done in by the difficulty of getting people to turn up and vote if there isn't a super-exciting presidential contest.

One thing I've liked about her 2016 is that she learned from what didn't work in 2008. An ability to change is a good thing in a politician. She makes mistakes, but she at least recognizes them and tries to course-correct, rather than tripling down.

*rubs head* So in your view "the role of the lawyer is to give their client the best possible defense" is a thing that only applies when you like the defendant? She asked to be reassigned. She was told no. Taking over the role of the prosecutor was not her job; casting doubt on witnesses for the other side was. That's

It does make me think that post-election she'll be reasonably well-liked.

Nominee for phrase of the year to describe the Republican pre-convention period, from 538: "Nested dumpster fires."
