Bummer, Kinja is really dropping the ball on all fronts. It sucks what Kotaku has turned into. I don’t remember any of your articles at all persay, but I’m sure they must’ve been good. Have fun wherever you go next...

I would love if they give that title or its concept to Respawn as they know how to make a damn fine Star Wars game. I’d trust them to make a bounty hunting SW game well.
I would agree if S1, E1 of the Mandolorian didn’t exist. That episode alone solidified we were dealing with a utter badass. Sure Grogu added the charm that Star Wars naturally has (old school SW, that is...) But it’s when you see Mando just doing things as bounty hunting or even just walking that drips the personality…
TBH, if you look at ANYONE who resembles Boba Fett, chances are that they ARE a knock off.
I’ll do you one better (or worse... really depending on how you look at it.)
This. All of this. ^
There’s demand and interest by the public
Well you know what they say... Insanity is doing the same thing over & over expecting different results.
[Ron Howard voice]: “It did not get the world buzzing with excitement.”
If you mute the video, and blast Blitzkrieg Bop, the video becomes even more awesome.
YES.
I would love to but... The app isn’t out. And I’ve been dying to play the pokemon tcg on mobile.
TBF, we still haven’t seen anything of the new LOTR show. If this is what it takes to get an adaption of The Silmarillion, then I’m willing to sit through it.
Same, and by a large margin. It’s possibly the only time I’ve ever laughed and thoroughly enjoyed a Disney film.
Oh absolutely! I’d be extremely remiss to ignore that VERY big factor. ‘Who framed Roger Rabbit?’ tried it with varying degrees of success (and by that I mean that the idea was translated but not done well... at all).
Oh yeah! use that universal healthcare for what its worth. Especially if the pay is in jewels & gems as dwarven miners. they basically have no copay, dontcha know?
*Sigh* I know I’m being baited hard and this wasn’t a serious comment, but I had this exact conversation with someone else earlier this week why they thought it’d be a great live action film. I had rolled my eyes so hard at their logic (or lack thereof)...
Snow White & The Seven Canadians, eh?
I don’t know how well a Oliver & Company remake would work. Especially with how PC things have gotten. There’d be too many changes that it’d end up being a a whole different thing just having the same name.
