Naruto had characters die who didn't come back, but due to Disney XD's mishandling of the property, I'm not sure if any of those characters' deaths made it onto US TV.

Quite a lot of things annoyed me in this episode. But first, focus on the good:

Good episode. A bit too much exposition and "it happened during the timeskip!" but otherwise it was good.

I can't believe that I felt bad for Cersei this episode! Cersei! But when she finally acknowledged to Tyrion that her eldest son is an uncontrollable psychopath and there is nothing she can do to help him, she just became all human-like!
I think it's weird that they went with doctor, though. The main character could have any job (or no job, make her even more relatable), and the show's premise would probably work.
Glad to hear it.
I was thinking the same thing. It's fun to hear kids cover pop songs on Tuesday nights when there is nothing else on. The move to Thursday will do more to kill Glee more than the dumb plots and awful writing ever did.
Good point. I love how the moment he sees that the gift is meant for him he shuts right up and looks appropriately guilty. I think he knows that Molly has a thing for him (because he's used it to get more info from her-commenting on her lipstick in order to flatter her in "A Study in Pink"), but he doesn't understand…
Arranged marriages, how quaint. Who knows? Forced fiance could be hot!
Very Animorph's Marco. I Approve!
The episode didn't capture my full attention 'till Gar's flashback. That poor kid! It really shook him up. I wonder why his standard form is green, though. Doesn't he have the ability to change back into his normal skin tone?
Most of the characters in A:TLA had Crowning Moment Of Awesome eps in which they became way more badass/mature than they had been before. One of Katara's was "The Waterbending Master"; Her fight with Pakku showed me just how far she was willing to go to prove herself, and it was awesome. Aang had a Moment of Awesome…
Mr. Teti, I loved this review! Thank you for going through the episode point by point—when I watch Sherlock, I invariably miss a few details, and in Sherlock, a few details can spell out a case, or the entire episode's plot. I was completely confused by why Adler would have been kidnapped by terrorists by the end of…
But Tyrion disobeyed his father by keeping Shae (who I would argue is his love interest, even if she is a prostitute) with him. Cersei's line tonight about making Tyrion feel the pain of losing someone he loves immediately made me think that Shae was in danger. That's probably going to lead to more conflict for him,…
I get Robb and Theon confused sometimes! But Jon has curly hair, so I can always pick him out.
One can only hope! :)
Great analysis. I actually feel bad for Theon. He's never going to get his father's approval (and never would have, his dad's a huge asshole). He would have never been anything other than a boarder to the Starks. But he just can't give up on his dad, so he's probably going down in flames. Of course this never would…
