Buy a loaf of brioche and cut thick 1.5” slices. Soak until just soggy (the bread can fall apart easily) in a mixture of 4c eggnog, 4 eggs, and a tsp of cinnamon. Lightly blend the mixture, you don’t want the egg fully incorporated.
