I certainly agree with this as the Xbone is used constantly in my household, but to me if you just want a gaming machine, the Xbone proposition isn’t as strong. If you use it for Skype, watching videos, and playing games, etc, it’s a smart buy. It’s a great living room box and it’s the only console in my living room.

As owner of all current consoles except PS Vita and a PC, I would say if the features of the Xbone (snapping TV, Kinect for games and video chat, etc.) and exclusives don't sway you, build a PC. You can build a decent gaming PC which will outperform the PS4 for about $500 - $550 easily with an Intel i3 and a GTX 950.…

Cell phone use and driving can easily be covered by careless and reckless driver citations. They can then sopena cell phone records as evidence of needed. Not ideal for stats, but certainly useful for evidence after a ticket is issued or additional charges after an accident.
