I'm actually okay with Assassin's Creed evolution into essentially being "stabbing things throughout history". There are certainly less inspired ideas.

I'm purposely not watching this thing, but I'm getting to the point where I want to just from hearing how much of a train wreck it is. Why the hell would you insult game developers on a video game award show?

Huh, I vaguely remember him from G4, and I remember liking him when he debated Mass Effect with that crazy Fox News lady. Seemed decently cool, but I'm obviously not too familiar with him. What's terrible about him?

I didn't watch the VGX this year. Anyone care to fill me in on some of the more cringeworthy moments?

I've actually been meaning to play the games... but unfortunately, I can be a completionist at times. I read the short stories, which I enjoyed (most of them, anyway). However, at the time only one of the actual novels had been translated, and I believe only one since has been. I know I could turn to fan

If your faith in humanity can be shaken so easily, I'm surprised you're sane enough to even be posting on the internet.

As someone who hasn't played it, I'm curious, what was so bad about Jurassic Park?

Part of me longs for another E.T. Just something that's so hilariously bad it's kind of fun.

Things worked out pretty well for Romeo and Juliet.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they did the same as last year, and used a song from the "focus" game. GTA V was this year, Mass Effect 3 was last.

I'm not really a talk show guy, but I was wondering if you could fill me in on how his views on video games have changed from doing this segment? That actually sounds really interesting.

Blackbeard dies?!? Say it isn't so! I don't believe you.

The Alele Diane song at the end of TWD was absolutely perfect.

Personally, I thought Mass Effect 3 was just one big emotional rollercoaster. Even the original endings managed to be a tearjerker, all for the wonderful music. As someone who actually enjoys the Extended Cut, I now find the ending an unreserved tear jerker.

I actually just bought this game on Steam, and am looking forward to destroying myself emotionally once I finish finals.

Wait... all the blocks on the system represented the games on your memory card? Huh, learn something new every day.

While I can certainly see this, I'd argue that "other weapons" would almost always be an improvement. Even with a deadly weapon like a knife, the killer still has to get into very close proximity with the victim, and it takes considerable greater bloodlust to stab a person to death. When it comes to a gun, it's

No, but plan on getting one very soon. Much as I love the PC, the one area I can't really join the master race guys is in preference for keyboard and mouse over a controller.

My question is this: I actually bought Sleeping Dogs for the 36o around the time it came out, but never got around to playing it. While obviously most games are slightly better on PC, I hear that Sleeping Dogs is significantly better than its console counterparts. So I'm wondering if that advantage is significant
