Having been all over Japan, and to most of their major cities while actively watching for cool cars, I can say that, yes, Japan has very cool car culture. But Tokyo is so densely populated, you see more cool cars, but they make up a smaller overall percentage on the roads in general.

23.3 mpg? when paying diesel prices, that sounds like a terrible deal

lol literally everything I buy I do so on my phone, and thus appreciate the vertical photos. FB marketplace, grocery shopping, amazon, furniture, cars, etc etc etc. Literally everything. I’m not switching from my phone to a desktop to get a better look at something I might want to buy. At the most, I’ll grab my

because people will 100% put their farticles all over the car

How does one company have so many recalls, year after year after year, stay in business? Seemingly every single vehicle they produce for the last 15 years has been recalled

came here to say the same thing

This site is a sad, hollow shell of its former self.

oh yes they are lol you think actors are wearing clothes to events and around town without getting paid to do so? They’re living, breathing, walking billboards and brand deals

It’s a different type of entertainment from, say someone like Leonardo DiCaprio, but people like tiktokers and youtubers and instagram “infulencers” still provide entertainment for

That’s just ridiculous, can we not do this...

cant force someone else to register a car if you sell it privately, but yeah, seems like it would be easy enough.

So it costs just as much in 2014 money as a Silverado EV is going to cost in 2024 money. Sounds about right. Not fair, but right.

except for the fact that, having worked in an airport, I can speak from experience when I say that airport employees recognize each other, even if they don’t directly work together. You think a gift shop employee is standing around the baggage claim picking up bags and walking them back to the store and someone not

or it was even more likely a spirit baggage employee that hands the gift shop employee bags before they hit the carousel. They wouldn’t risk trying to grab it off the carousel themselves in case the owner was standing right there

the early colorado/canyon...

No.

what’s impractical about it?

agree with all of that
