And the Taco is essentially a 10 year old truck at this point. How did GM come out with something in 2023 that gets worse fuel mileage than the generation before it? the outgoing ZR2 Colorado gets 16/18 city/highway

I hate this guy, but in his defense, he does it specifically to bother you. Everybody has a suggestion on what he should do with his money and vehicles
I didn’t understand the mirror part. He cut off the mirror of a red ferrari, but they were different from the one’s on his ferrari. Was it a different car?
The same could be said for every truck. The bed could always be bigger to haul more. The tank could always be bigger and mpg be better to go further. The ride could always be smoother and seats more comfortable.
Do you need more though?
15-16mpg is horrifically bad. What does the Tacoma TRDpro get in real world mpgs?
I spent a couple weeks in Japan recently and rode the bullet trains a few times. What a convenient and enjoyable way to travel! it was so much nicer and easier taking the train for 2.5 hours across the country compared to what would have been a 6 hour drive. I would love to travel via bullet train here in the US if it…
YOU AND BARB WILL LOOK SHARP IN THIS MUSCLE TRUCK, HOSS. STAY AWAY FROM CLIBBINS, I HIT THEM IN MY HARLEY TRIKE AND HADDALAYERDOWN. GOBBLESS.
If GM can successfully sell the Trailblazer, Trax, Equinox, Terrain, Encore, Envision, Encore GX, Envista, and the XT4 all at the same time, I think Toyota should be fine selling the 4Runner and Land Cruiser
For the most part, unless you are planning on spending tens of thousands on an extensive build, modifying any modern vehicle makes it worse.
Prices? Gonna mention any of that?
I know what you were trying to say, just had to be that guy lol Personally though, I think having split hatch/tailgates again on the GM SUVs would be amazing. I miss the GMT400 days of rear door options. Could get a liftgate, liftgate/tailgate split, or hinged barn doors. I get that the tooling is expensive to add…
uhh... it is a hatchback
The HummerEV SUV is listed at 8660 lbs. I don’t know if this would be heavier or lighter, but I would expect somewhere around the same
A hybrid is not cheaper. You essentially need both powertrains instead of one or the other. It’s wildly more complicated and expensive to fix. And the Ultium platform is already developed and in use. It doesn’t really cost GM much more to build this body around an already existing chassis.
Considering GMC took almost 90k reservations for the Hummer EV, and the fact that they sold over 40k Escalades last year (which start over $80k), I don’t think they’ll have any problems selling these
why is “IQ” pretentious? It goes with the rest of their EV lineup. Lyriq, Celestiq, Optiq. But in this case, they kept the name Escalade instead of doing something dumb like, Escaladiq
Almost like different people want different things. If only manufacturers offered more vehicle options to suits other’s needs..
