the new Z concept*

GM teamed up with Honda for the North American market

The guy only knows how to talk shit about GM

Oh get fucked. You’re a terrible journalist. All you know how to do is try and shit on GM. You don’t know shit about cars

I understand and agree with what you’re saying, but if you’re going to calculate the vehicle cost over 5 years, you can’t really say it’s 33% of their income, because their income over that same period of time is $320,000 (7%). But yes, they shouldn’t be considering a new car on $64,000/year household.

If they have two different types of chicken and can only keep one, it should be the shredded chicken. I just always wanted a full size shredded chicken quesadilla, but instead I have to get two shredded chicken mini dillas. It’s leaps and bounds better than their non-shredded chicken

That’s how you do a partnership. Sedans and small cars not selling? Why try to compete on that front just to split sales of 100k vehicles? Work out a partnership or mutually beneficial agreement, develop and build the low volume cars together, and sell to both customer bases. I don’t see why a GM branded Honda E

I’m betting that it’s an easter egg as to the starting price. $60,000 base, and all the way up to $100-105k fully loaded with hybrid 4x4 powertrain

Jalopnik: THE GRILLES ARE TOO BIG!!!

Case in point, my wealthy father has 6 DUIs. To him, a few grand to pay/fight the charge, and then an increase in auto insurance doesn’t even phase him. He still has plenty of expendable money and so the price of getting caught isn’t even a deterrent for him. He just pays it and moves on.

Neutral: pick a different fucking question. Maybe ask something related to cars, or even boats, planes, motorcycles. Fuck, pick a question other than “hOw ArE yOu DoInG???” You have shown time and time again that you don’t know much of anything about cars, so why not use that section to ask about specific topics? Use

The hell are you talking about? They’re selling to the general public right now. So I guess to answer your question, yes, they will be selling to the general public by then.

So now we’re counting down announcements of a prototype? this is going to be worse than the Supra release. It’ll be 3 years from the time that the concept is shown until they delay the production model another 2 years. Are we sure Nissan is going to exist long enough to actually get this car out? And do we even expect

IT HAS A MANUAL TRANSMISSION!

The way the talent pool is going, the last post on Jalopnik may still be a review of the same 300 at the end of it’s production life.

Everybody in Sterling Heights is going to pay for this option

Clearly not enough space in the Fit as it’s constantly spilling out into Jalopnik.

2nd gear: It’s pretty common for a company to move engineers from one project to the next when the first one is more or less “finished” and running production. GM doesn’t need as many engineers working on the Corvette now that it’s being built and selling, so why not move those minds to future products? Nothing to see

Cab driver’s get a higher percentage of the profits from what I understand, as opposed to Uber/Lyft charging the customer one price, and not disclosing that price to the driver, so they’re able to pay the driver whatever they’d like without finding out that they only made $4 off a $40 ride. They’ve also run into

The UAW workers are using covid as an excuse though. They’re showing up for their shift saying “I’m showing symptoms” and are told to go home for two weeks. During that two weeks they’re able to collect unemployment because it’s not like they’re refusing work, they’re being told to go home. I have no issue with GM
