Have they heard of 144 month terms?!? At a rate of 35% interest, the payments are super affordable!

Thanks for the insight!
Just as I suspected. It looks terrible.
The whole fucking car is a common place to start looking you dumb fuck., it’s an XJ. Every part on that car can make a fucking popping noise. Start with all ball joints, inner tie rods, outer tie rods, track bar, sway bar links, u-joints, wheel bearings, steering gear box, shock absorbers, stabilizer shock, etc etc.…
yeah that’s the case a lot of the times too. A lot of people don’t notice noises that gradually get worse. It slowly becomes more prominent, but they don’t notice because they drive that car every day. But I can tell you from experience that I’ve test driven customer cars with the radio off in silence, heard nothing,…
LIDAR has no problem with weather, cameras on the other hand do. And the cost of the Model3 going up isn’t a good argument because that’s what the vehicle needs if it ever hopes to be “fully self driving.” How can Tesla even remotely think the cars are equipped and ready for fully autonomous driving when they…
You should put it up in the air and check. Asking people on the internet for suggestions as to what your popping might be is less helpful than asking someone to listen to a noise your car is making over the phone. Nobody can tell you what’s wrong with your car without seeing it or getting their hands on it
Cross threads are better than no threads lol
She could take the car in for an inspection on her own? Most shops I know will do an inspection with every oil change anyways. There’s a lot of states that don’t require safety inspections and we get by just fine without them. Don’t be a neglectful owner. And maybe it’s just time to get her a different car anyways.…
bad advice, don’t go telling people that lol when I was a mechanic and would tell customers they had bad ball joints, they’d always ask, “how long do I have?” The truth is, they can fail at an minute, nobody can say, “oh you’ve got another 10k miles.” If they’re loose, replace them as soon as possible. I’ve had cars…
That’s commonly what happens, but not always the case. I used to be a mechanic for a handful of years after high school and you wouldn’t believe the amount of balljoints that were bad with no knocking, wheel bearings that were bad and not making any noise, cars with tight steering and tie rods about to pop out of…
When I was a mechanic back in the day, I was almost killed by a Ford Escape. Customer stated that the car was starting to make a knocking sound. It needed to be test driven to locate and verify the noise. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot onto the 2 lane 55 mph state highway, I hit a pothole and the right…

maybe it should have LIDAR then because it clearly isn’t capable on it’s own.
Okay, but the dog was in the back seat. So don’t go triggering yourself. Short of harnessing the dog in to the restraint LATCH restraints in the back seat, what else was the driver supposed to do besides pay attention to the road?
Does the S5 have less hard touch surfaces in the interior. Maybe it’s just because it’s “sporty” but the RS5 looks to have more hard surfaces and plastics than an early 2000s GM vehicle. The leather seats look nice (except the back, those don’t look all that comfortable) and I understand that carbon fiber weave isn’t…
Good thing nobody asked you
Here’s my idea on why it’s not selling. Everybody keeps talking about how a basically $100k car got a body kit and it not being worth $1 Mil. That’s what everybody is saying in the comments, but what about, and hear me out, what if it’s because...it’s really really bad looking?
if that $1Mil GT-R50 resells for $900k, yes, it’s still worth 90% of it’s original value, but it’s already lost an entire stock GT-R. I would call losing $100k still losing A TON of value. That’s just a hypothetical situation though. I actually see it reselling for a lot less.
Okay boomer.
