What ever you do, don’t forget to drain your rocker panels though.

They are indeed awesome. That reminds me, I made a large post in Oppo back in March or so about my 2004 Touareg project... V10.
We saw a few trade-ins of these for H2s and H3s and they were really fun to play with, but that interest was never hand-in-hand with the fear of actually owning this nightmare.
I don’t think this was a good way for Koenigsegg to correct the record. They should have tweeted, “Quick jump on this One:1 before Bonham’s figures out how much it’s really worth”... which would have alerted Koenigsegg’s Saudi clientele, that follow their Twitter page, this auction is coming up and they need to bid…
FCA should cash in on the trend and offer different color options for the covers.
I wish I lived in a world where leaving plastic protective bits on a car wasn't called a "mod."
In other Tesla-killer news, the Jag I-Pace is having a recall because the regen braking can fail which leads to a noticeable delay between pressing on the brake pedal and deceleration. On the plus side, this can be fixed with a software update. On the down side, you have to take the car to the dealer for said software…
Attaboy, David. Your commitment to good engineering practices (when not wrenching) is beyond question.
All MPG figures in this post are in US gallons.
Since efficiency is just a relationship between an output and an input, if we call our output miles traveled and input fuel in gallons, then it’s okay to use the term “fuel efficient,” here, without considering how much power the engine is capable of making.
i’m just gonna say it: Spark Controlled Compression Ignition Rotary
Who has more money and attorneys on retainer? Good luck even getting that “lawsuit” onto their desk.....
Even if Tesla put an occupancy sensor in the driver’s seat the dummies would probably put a sandbag there.
The problem is that the charge speed really isn’t that fast for this car because of it’s relatively poor range efficiency. You may get 150kw charge rates but because it uses so much power per mile the “miles per minute” you get charging is much lower than more efficient EVs. Exacerbating things is the low range-you…
I do understand math is hard. As evidenced by your lack of ability to do it.
And it has only two row seating. Model X at about the same weight has 3 row up to 7 passenger and more interior room. Talk about (in)efficiency!
This makes absolutely no sense. The author probably has never owned an EV and does not know 95%+ of the time it’s charged inside the garage overnight. What is most important majority of times is how much range it has when you drive the car out of the garage in the morning. The best case is always that you will not…
IMO a car needs to hit the 300 mile mark in range, or about 5-6 hours of highway driving, in order to actually represent a replacement vehicle for all.
Sorta-kinda never left, just stuck around as a freelancer. I desperately need a comparable full-time role (with benefits and routine pay) ASAP, though, so most of my time is depressingly spent on that search lately.
