@ballesteros1992: It actually wasn't a law, it was the review of the DMCA which occurs 3 years. And I still think that the review did not include Game Consoles (although it did allow for the reverse engineering of Mac/PC video games). It didn't include Blu-Rays either IIRC.

@Edd White: Yeah, but the PSN isn't a legal right. It's a privilege, and Sony can revoke it if they so choose.

I'm not a big fan of Apple, but this is definitely a cool way for desktops to do multi-touch. the HP Touchsmart just doesn't work with the monitor straight up, it's too hard to touch continuously for hours of use.
