I kid you not, I did apply at EA around ten or so years ago. In my motivational thingy I wrote that I always wanted to work at a place where my crazy, off-kilter, over the top, comically villainous ideas for marketing were appreciated, especially since I would hold most gamers in about as much contempt as they did.

If it were Bungie, it probably really wouldn’t work. And they’d have some shitty explanation why it’s WIA, like “the announcement had a typo that no one here at the team bothered to correct in the month it has been up and discussed."
