Yes, it was pretty disappointing that they don’t mention Kara - the other Kryptonian on Earth. A family member who could give boys another perspective on those powers. I got screamed at when I said I was disappointed by lack of any mention of her in the trailer but it’s clear now she is not going to play a part at

Yup all good plot points to follow. AND I would love to see any possible tension among Lana and Lois and Clark be about ethics like this instead of romance.

Yeah, the relationship with the kids, especially the brothers, came off pretty well. There’s the usual sibling antagonism, but when it mattered, Jonathan didn’t even hesitate to dive over Jordan when those pipes fell.

My take with Lana saying “Superwoman” (and looking at Lois while saying it) was that it was an inside comics reference to various versions of Lois Lane as Superwoman in comics from the 1940's to more recently sharing the title with Lana Lang herself.

It’s interesting but a little disappointing that this show seems to be keeping continuity with “Smallville” by giving us a Lana who doesn’t know who Superman is. That was my favorite thing about her on the animated series— that she always knew.

I hope they will explain at some point how Clark’s Y chromosome, clearly passed down to both of his two sons just by their gender, would make one son half-Kryptonian with powers and the other half-Kryptonian without.

Lana struggled to come up with a female equivalent to call Martha Kent and went from Superman to Superwoman with no one mentioning Supergirl. I mean, that was the better answer for Martha, but not mentioning Supergirl felt weird.

This was interesting, it has a pretty different feel to the rest of the Arrowverse shows, which may or may not help it down the line. Not to sure about all the dark lighting and dull colors though.

Does half amazonian half Brazilian water god count as latina??

Not gonna lie. I hope she’s Moonstone. We gotta get some roles filled for a future Thunderbolts movie. Plus, Moonstone would be a good villain against Carol.

Lilandra was never a bad guy or Carol’s enemy. I’m thinking that she is going to play Moonstone. Or, a slightly more unlikely, Mystique.

Can I just second that first line? Ruby was damn good in the role and the only real dips came in the second half after things were clearly not great behind the scenes. We’ll probably never know (and maybe we shouldn’t as it’s clearly mostly private) what happened but an awful lot of people seem to be eager to revise

In-universe, Batman disappeared 3 years before Elseworlds. That would put it around the time of Supergirl Season 1, and Kara was around for a decade before that, growing up with the Danvers. If Arrowverse!Batman is as good a detective as most other versions, then he likely knew about Kara, assuming that Clark didn’t

I’m going to point out Kryptonite is radioactive enough to give Lex Luthor a lethal cancer so yeah its entirely possible her surviving getting shot by Kryptonite today will kill her in a few years.

Seems a little harsh on Ruby Rose, who I thought was...mostly fine.

Man it's clear the kryptonite wound storyline was supposed to lead to the now canceled crossover with Supergirl. :(

I forgot that Mouse died at the end of the last season.  What’s also upsetting is that there likely won’t be a crossover ever again between Supergirl and Batwoman (which is a travesty).  I am interested to see what direction they take Leslie’s character.

I want this show to work in Isaiah Bradley so badly.

Netflix is clearly building to some kind of Ultimate Christmas movie coming out in 2025.

Well it sorta makes sense as Tamaranians are natural born flyers so no need to wear “Walking” footwear.
I mean there is a whole storyline that Kory became the heir because her sister got crippled and lost her ability to fly.
For us heels make no sense but sometimes you need to accept the fact that when dealing with
