Whats NVH?, The build quality is crazy different. The premium interiors have great materials, like nice soft leather. The cheaper interior that I got looks so cool and modern, but does have a hint of ‘cheap’ if you wanted to nitpick.
It’s pretty close to hellrot, but it’s actually japanrot aka Japan Red. Not a super common color on the E39's so finding a V8 wagon in that color was like finding a needle in a haystack. When I saw it on Craigslist two years ago I had two other E39's at the time but I still went and got it. Had to get a crappy loan…
No, nothing that exciting. More about how I got the job.
Voodoo engine, separate intake manifold and exhaust made by Ferracri, McLaren carbon fiber tub, McLaren suspension hardware, Porsche gearbox and brakes, interior from the current S Class, but with a gague cluster from a DB9, Lexus LFA steering wheel, shifter and pedals from a Carrera GT.
Just stick with the Golf. It’s a better car than any FWD Mercedes.
Hah that is generous. This track landed in my soundcloud feed and I had no idea what the quotes were about but the mash-up was a fun and silly banger. And it’s a very slick bit of production, if that’s your thing.
For years, there have been Jalops who swore up and down that they just want Porsche to offer a stripped-out 911. And now here we are.
I legit slept on the couch for a month after buying an AMG-GT without telling my wife.
I can’t understand the love for Saab. If they were as good as some seem to think, Saab would not have lost money for almost all of the last 20 years of its existence. Ugly and dull, I can’t see anything redeeming in them. Saab should have stuck to planes.
Yeah, having the ability to carry your bikes around is so pretentious.
It wouldn’t be good jalopnik if the “journalists” wrote well or the “editors” actually edited.
I’ve known about Hoonigan Racing, Ken Block’s motorsport team that competes in FIA World Rallycross as a Ford…
Haha.
