You can edit the signature using the desktop versions, and the change will be reflected in mail you send with the iOS version. You'll be able to edit signatures directly in the next version of the iOS app (whenever Apple approves it — probably next week).

It's not, actually. It's a native app built with Chrome Embedded Framework (sort of like Steam). We do still plan to release a Linux version, but if you look at the numbers, virtually all email reading is happening on mobile devices now. So iOS and Android versions have been a priority for us.

With regard to creating a new account to use Inky, we believe a huge pain point for the majority of mail users is account set up: most people struggle with port numbers, server names, TLS vs STARTTLS, and so on.

You don't necessarily need to train it, but you do need to give it time to learn about your contacts, as it considers frequency of mailing a contact an important signal of relevance.
