I don’t know if I’d call it a *good* response, but one I particularly liked was on Broad City, when Abbi and Ilana use their middle fingers to push the corners of their mouths up after some dude on the street tells them to smile.

As a bartender I have learnt that one of the best way to respond to annoying comments (ie, ‘do you have any nice blondes, obviously apart from you?’, wink wink) is just to stare back with a completely dead expression on your face, until they get uncomfortable and ask for something properly.

Men get so uncomfortable when women don’t laugh or smile back at their stupid comments, like it’s our fault for not “getting it.”

When did this whole ‘telling women to smile’ bullshit start? “Hey, smile!!!” WTF, strange and creepy man, fuck off and mind your own fucking business.

I can’t even watch Alec Baldwin anymore after discovering Anthony Atamanuik but it’s totally possible to satirize Trump; he does it hilariously! I’m telling everyone, watch The President Show!

yeah this has been a really bad season so far. Sketches are poorly written and ideas seems to be strained. Everyone who said trump was going to be so good for comedy writers didn’t think about how its impossible to satirize the insanity going on today.

Kate is perfect, just give Kate her own show!!!

Overall this was a solid episode for SNL, but this skit in particular was great. Kate is a national treasure.

The scariest thing about this is my confusing attraction towards all of McKinnon’s incarnations here.

I would submit that Kellyanne is not remotely scary, but the fact that people seem to want to listen to what she has to say, and give her a platform to say it from is horrifying.
