I’m probably biased as an attorney, but I don’t think these things are as intuitive as you may believe. Employee manuals that lay out clear expectations of staff are always needed, IMHO.

If you look back through this guy’s tweets, he has a history of making fun of Taylor and minimizing Kanye’s comments/behaviour (all the time). It makes me automatically dismiss anything he says.
