Lots of rich people do that after watching children of said rich crash and burn from getting inheritances and trust fund access at young ages. They never finished school, never took on any real jobs, and many became substance abusers/suicidal because they literally had nothing to work for.

This is pretty standard. It’s to ensure the kid doesn’t just just laze around for the rest of their life. Waiting till 25 makes it more likely they’ll finish college and maybe get a job or find something to do with their life other than live off their father’s money.
