I’m not a courtroom lawyer but I’m 99% sure cops don’t have the jurisdiction to make sure someone is a really a lawyer in court. That’s the court’s job and only the court’s job. The cop is there for security and to bring criminal defendants in and out of custody. This cop should 100% be fired but I’m sure he won’t be.

Seriously. Both kids need to be expelled. Anything less will be interpreted by them as their actions being acceptable to a certain extent and they will learn nothing. I mean, they won’t learn anything from this no matter what happens, but still. They need to be expelled. 

The saddest part besides the obvious part, is the actual Eleanor was a tireless advocate for civil rights and education for African Americans. The school sullies her name with it’s policies.
