I saw the trailer for this when we went to see Wonder Woman. They flashed Kate the screen in that lovely headpiece and then Tessa across the screen and literally GASPED loudly both times.

On the contrary. When you see disturbing traits in young people you need to act ASAP and try vehemently to get them on the right path. Their parents and community should not give up on them.

They need mandatory counseling. They need to understand why what they did was wrong, they need to learn compassion and not to follow pack mentality. If I was their parents... Gosh, I would wonder how I messed up and then I would take them (maybe the whole family?) quick/fast to the nearest therapist.

Maybe that is exactly why they did what they did. But I don’t have an ounce of sympathy or understanding for these men. They are bad people who abused their power and did bad things.

We have to teach the youth to be better than this. If you are old enough to have a phone, you are old enough to tap in 3 characters and talk to dispatch. Teaching compassion is just as important as teaching math.
