I don't consider this show art, but if you think something is bad just because it depicts the everyday, you're missing out on a lot of great art.

Ya she would instantly be super drunk and probably gag at some point.
Binge drinking just means you're doing it right.
How do you stop being an amateur do you just take shots of everclear or something?
The audience will probably just be people that find it entertaining and get hooked to it, like any other TV show. Your scenario is kind of absurd.
Seems like many people on this site are selectively averse to that concept.
Yeah I think for most people Prime streaming is just a bonus to the free 2 day shipping. A huge, increasingly rewarding bonus, but still a bonus.
This was apparently Norm Macdonald's plan for his sitcom before it was cancelled: https://www.reddit.com/r/IA…
I hope Fred Savage acts in many more shows. He's great in both this and The Grinder.
It was weird how Sam's husband was apparently the only one who enjoyed (or would admit to enjoying?) the Hunger Games movies.
I do agree there's some good YA out there. However I admit I find myself looking down on it as well because of all the shit like Divergent and Maze Runner I see (but of course there's shit in every segment of fiction). And I do think the best YA isn't really sold under that label, but is rather just fiction about…
Well the characters went to Harvard and previously it sounds like Ethan wrote literary fiction with good prose. It makes sense they would look down on something written for children. Especially something so much in the shitty Twilight/Hunger Games vein.
Honestly I would laugh if some random guy started roasting the wedding even if it wasn't particularly funny. Plus it only takes a few awkward laughs to get the ball rolling. And Party Dog helped a lot I think.
This is like complaining an action movie is generic because it has car chases and fighting in it.
Fred Savage and Seth Rogen were hilarious here. I wish the show would give Max more to do as I agree he's the MVP.
It is a real thing that people do.
I actually like this show a lot. All the characters are enjoyable except for Sam. Even her husband has a more accessible personality. Her character is just nothing.
So much of Vonnegut's appeal comes from the style of his writing. I guess that could be said of all writers, but Vonnegut just seems like he'd be hard to adapt.
Also Barry Lyndon and Vampyr being released!
Is this really confirmation? Isn't it just another of the many varying accounts that have been told over the years by people who worked on the film?
