A round based build is probably the easiest way to deal with high level content in the game since all you have to worry about it is boosting your firepower

Eh, it’s still not that bad honestly. The cooldown on the tecnomancers Blighted rounds is like 50 something seconds unmodified

That shit feels like forever if you accidentally run out during a firefight
