Grilled cheese made with gouda and apple slices is amazing.

Try this approach with your favorite salsa - super easy and it turns out beautifully, especially if you do it one at a time in a small skillet. We like ours with salsa verde - Trader Joe’s has a great fresh serrano salsa, but Herdez works in a pinch.
