I think I drove this at Crusin' Cars at Cedar Point. Not entirely sure how this guy snuck it off that track and out of the park though.

Muddy Waters?

I've got an old Honda I'm slowly collecting Thai reproduction parts for, and I can say that (1) those repro parts aren't going to do it for a collector, and (2) you're only a few hundred away from being priced with a new/ish dual sport in the 200-400cc range that would be way more comfortable.

This is going to end up

Probably not economically... it's cheaper to build a greenfield structure out in the 'burbs with easy access to rail/highway, and not have to worry about pre-existing issues.

Since the prime rate is at 0%, and the state will essentially 'give' you land and tax abatements to build/generate jobs, there's not much

From someone who has never, ever* done urb-ex in the facility:

It has zero value as-is, is not habitable, and all the buildings would need to be razed and the new owner pay for some seriously costly soil remediation. Not a piece is left salvageable... maybe 30 years ago, but nothing now.

Neutral: Crash Avoidance Systems Hate? Love? Indifferent?

Well, the 4L60 and 4L80 transmissions have a 'low and reverse' sprag clutch. They wear out pretty quickly if you're making a lot of high speed (not while stopped) Forward - Reverse - Forward changes.

In Michigan, at least, the state auctions seem to have a couple of trends:
1.Chargers with blown out front suspension/suspension damage/broken wheel hubs
2.Tahoes with inoperable Reverse and 1st gear, or 'knocking, needs engine work'
3.Impalas with no forward motion
4. Crown Vics with 100k+ and no mechanical problems

Great ride for the suicidal, if you want to be the guy that died in an XC90.

I tried to strap a balloon onto Paul McCartney once.

I'd give $5 to support a kickstarter campaign. Make it happen.

Edit: Did I just troll myself?

Physical within the last 6-12 months, sure, no problem there.

(a) little caesar's is open in the morning?

Begs the question, is the Ann Arbor, MI facility (a) open still? (b) hiring?

only if you also grew up driving the same car without rear brakes and a steering wheel that didn't work 1/3 of the time.

Why steal something that you can buy at auction dirt cheap?

Came for the click-bait, stayed for the comments

Squirrel Hill was more frustrating than ft. pitt bridge; Until some jerk in a semi gets stuck halfway through the tunnel into Carnegie.

It's not that bad if you floor it and never look back.*
