Repeat after me: Modifications do not add value to a car when you resell it unless they’re entirely perfect and you can prove it by offering the buyer a few separate inspections.

I wonder how bad the car’s weight balance is off with that new anchor under the hood.  You’re going from about 100 lbs for the stock engine, to about 420 lbs.  Tell me that doesn’t affect the handling.
