I’m sure someone could make a Case for it.

Standards stricter than other states require, drives up cost and also makes some models not even worth producing. Car companies are not going to make models for different states, so California is effecting what other states can buy. So states don’t have a choice but to by defacto accept California’s standards.

You also have one other issue, States trying to push their laws and requirements on other states.  So people are saying the issue is state rights versus federal, but what California is doing effects other states, so then it does need to go the federal government level as it’s becoming an interstate issue.

There’s also an issue states pushing their politics on other states and that should definitely have limits. That’s the real issue here and one state doesn’t rule over others, when it tries to, then yes, the federal government needs to step in and intervene.  California has been running out of check for to long on this

After you got caught in freezing rain.

The current trend in door handles or lack has gotten to be the dumbest trend in automobile design going. Especially if you live in a northern climate where we wear these things called gloves, and sometimes this thing called freezing rain happens and you need something good to grab onto to pull a door open.

You lost me at “Tesla showed the industry that what America wanted out of an EV was sharp, luxury design in a status-driven package.

I often give motorcycles extra room for two reasons.

And I’ve come to realize most people who sight the zipper method don’t understand the zipper method.  It doesn’t mean you should pass people, move on up and then merge.  Think of it as an actual zipper, if one side passes the other as your zipping up the coat, you are screwed.  The idea is to use the distance to stage

But wait, that looks like right foot braking.  I thought left braking was so much better.

Or here’s a better idea and far cheaper.  Adjust your driving style to the conditions and save some money.  Been working for me for 30 years.

Not without being a 4x4.  Used 2WD trucks, aren’t worth anything on the used market around here.

Nice truck and was ready to vote NP, but then saw 2WD and that’s a resale value killer around here.  Anymore, you have to about give it away to move a used 2WD truck, especially a heavier duty diesel version.

Clean, nice looking car, but over 100k on the odometer greatly affects the price.  Way to high for what is showing on the odometer.  CP

I am the only one tired of the “Gigafactory” thing?

Easy NP for me. Everything looks clean and tighty. If it was closer, I’d be tempted to pick it up for a winter commuter and off road toy.

Has David ever met a Jeep he didn’t like?

Eventually, even with the best of maintenance, stuff starts to wear out. Even with the most reliable that is around the 200k mark from my experience, so this car is about to become really expensive.  CP

The biggest issue with left foot braking, is when you get stuck behind the idiot that never completely takes their foot off the brake so their brake lights are always on.  Then you almost end up rear ending them when they actually do use the brakes.  Might as well have no brake lights at all.
