I can set up a tent pretty quickly, not a big deal and far more convenient then these things.

Cheap family mover, mileage not insane = NP

You can manage to get all those mods done, but can’t fix a freaking window regulator. Body damage screams abused to no end, so now have to question the entire undercarriage integrity. Far to many questions.  CP

Now playing

I’m not sure I’d say it’s really that impressive. Go wander around Purdue University’s campus and then you will see our robot overlords in action.

It runs and moves under it’s own power = NP

I’m digging it. Mods seem to be the right ones. Body isn’t in bad shape for the year. Interior doesn’t look completely ratted out despite having 200k on it.

Saw the picture, saw the price, but glad I resisted the urge to scroll down and hit the NP.  Sounds like the engine is pretty close to toast, which is to bad.  Fun cars, but with an impending engine rebuild, CP at that price.

I’ve got a truck and a tow rope, so I guess I can help them get across the county I live in.

Mazda Miata, simple little car and little cars are easier to drive.

Yes, but where else would you post it.  I haven’t seen any just sports stories on Deadspin in years, so I rarely look over there.  Shame, it used to be a good place for sports and hopefully can return to that.

It doesn’t have the latest tech, you know they great big touch screen that makes it difficult to adjust anything without looking and all of the other stuff that you shouldn’t be messing with and looking at when you are doing something like driving.

That’s how I roll and with how cars hold up anymore, it’s easy to do. Doesn’t usually take much more than basic maintenance to run a car up to 200k miles.  Yet there are still enough people who absolutely freak out about not having a new car warranty that they are looking to drop it as soon as the warranty is about

I’m not surprised having worked with the Japanese. While they probably can easily meet current standards and future anticipated standards, it’s the future unanticipated standards coming from various individual states that is the issue.

Everyone I know who test drove the Flex along with Ford’s other “SUV” offerings bought the Flex.  It’s was a really good vehicle, but Ford has basically been trying to kill it since they released it.  You never saw marketing for it, seemed like they never tried to push it like their other offerings.  It was always

It was 2008 base model. Which probably was part of problem. Seemed I was constantly wanting to do stuff to make it nicer and finally just bought a nicer car. My other two vehicles were loaded, but the car I spent the most time in was as basic as it got and I spent a couple hours in it a day. Reliably the car was solid

I had a Mazda 3, it was fun for awhile, but then started to get bland, old and really left me wanting for something more.

I went Infinti G37 Convertible for fun, cheap and reliable. Thought about a Z, but need a more functional backseat for the midlife crisis, with kids on a budget car.

Around here these seem to be starting to go up in value for clean examples with two door one’s being the most desirable.  I think it’s to much money, but given the climate on these, it’s probably a NP and I will vote that way.  I just wouldn’t pay that much for it.

I’d say the price is a bit high for the mileage.  It’s close, but just a bit on the wrong side to me.  CP.

A lot corporations use private jets when they have facilities all over place.  It’s common to use them as a shuttle service and often the plane is full as people have to routinely visit the facilities.  Not everything can be done remotely.
