Fact: Deathly Hallows Part 1 is the best Harry Potter movie.

Yeah, All Too Well is a great track.

I think the point of the character was that she so thoroughly passes for white that she has a hard time connecting to her Asian heritage even though she wants to. Which is different from a character who just happens to be mixed-race. And if that seems like a really circuitous justification for casting a white actress

They played this, along with two other songs from the new album, last night at Bluesfest, and I loved it. I'm really happy this is their lead single because it was the one I enjoyed the most and I was pretty bummed about the idea of not being able to hear it again for a few months if it turned out to be an album track.

I saw them last night (where they premiered this song) and I was SUPER surprised at how good they were because I'd heard not-so-great things about their live performances. Apparently this was their first show in 8 months, so I think they've probably been working on improving that. It was a great show.

"Chair? Is that Welsh?"
"No, it's chair, like a chair, but my name."

Ok that's cool.

Oh yeah, I saw them on that same tour with T&S, they were great live. Probably the best "big show" I've been to (although admittedly I haven't been to many). I only call myself an apologist because I understand the people that hate them enough that calling myself just a "fan" seems a little…simplified.

I like The Format and I'm a full-time Fun. apologist (I've seen them live - good show - and I don't even really hate Some Nights), but nothing about this sounds even remotely appealing.

It's written by the same guy who made The Spoils of Babylon, so it's probably going to be fairly self-aware.

Age of Ultron will have been out for like 6 weeks by the time Jurassic World hits theatres. Nobody anywhere is seriously concerned about it making a significant dent in Ultron's box office gross.

You're going to get a lot of mixed opinions. The general consensus seems to be that the second one is a lot worse than the first, but I actually preferred it by quite a bit and know others who agree. They're both worth watching, I'd say, but they're hardly essential.

Man, vaguely evil Patrick Wilson from Insidious: Chapter 2 was one of the biggest delights of whatever year that movie came out. I still think about it and laugh sometimes. (Full disclosure: I actually like that movie a lot.)

Ditto. The only album covers of theirs I don't really like are the first two.

I love their first album but I've never heard a single person say they've liked the second so I never even bothered to check it out.

I honestly don't know what the deal is with the first Pitch Perfect. It's really nothing special, the comic timing is off and a lot of the jokes don't really land…but I saw it three times in theaters and a couple times since then, all willingly? I think it's some kind of gypsy magic. That or my girl crush on Anna

That's Tinashe.

Having read bits and pieces of what's happened since I stopped, I don't really regret not following this show beyond Season 1. Even though Season 1 was great. I'll never forget those heydays of REEVVEENGGGEEE!!!!!!

You sound like someone who doesn't live with their parents.

Why should I pay theatre prices to hear 90 minutes of Sofia Vergara shrieking when I can just turn on the TV where, somewhere, there's guaranteed to be a free 90 minutes of Sofia Vergara shrieking?
