Speak for yourself. Daario was by far the No.1 reason my girlfriend loved tuning in every week—would NOT shut up about how hot he is. This news devastated her.

Great work! Super excited to read these. Also—I LOVE Race for the Iron Throne, one of the best ASOIAF blogs around. Get Steven to write more!

Not till Season 5.

Sean, there is NO WAY for you to know that machine I'm looking at isn't a dedicated AV Club browser, like a little e-reader or something.

Wasn't Moses like, way before Joshua? By decades?

I hope you never go into the comments for the Girls reviews to see the shameful shit that goes on there.

See my comment above/below.

I should have clarified. The comments I'm referring to have a definite gender-bent to them: the use of the word cunt, whore, the demand that Skyler be punitively raped, etc.

Many of the comments directed at Skyler, and Anna Gunn personally, are pretty obviously rooted in deep-seated misogyny, given their vile, often violent obscenities.

Well, he's also paid millions for it. That helps.

Is Kendrick really better than Pusha T? I haven't really heard either of them, but people I know love Pusha.

I think it looks fucking great. Weird plot mechanics of last season aside, there's really not a lot shows that explore the religious depths of the soul and utter devotion to a cause the way Homeland does, as well as embracing a view of tragic love that mostly ends up devastating everyone involved. I'm psyched.

Three Kings, I Heart Huckabees.

It's a super, super bummer, but completely fascinating.

I'm right there with you. I'm so overjoyed that the backlash to The Dark Knight Rises has finally taken hold in culture, as I hated it with such immediacy, and couldn't understand why everyone could love it and not Prometheus.

Such a shame. The critical consensus seems to be pretty negative, and I've been really looking forward to this, in a sea of expensive pablum that seems to dominate the universe these days.

I see that this will be a recurring pattern. Perhaps this was written purely as a sting operation, to see who actually reads the fucking articles.

That's not what she's talking about; she's discussing thematic emphases, not methods of delivery.

Yep, for sure.

I think it'll be streaming starting Friday.
