The more features google sheets has added, the slower the program runs. My Excel spreadsheets open in a second and you are ready, opening a google sheet has gone from taking 5 seconds to 30 seconds for me.

I disagree, I don’t see how this is harmful to science in any way. Using legitimate scientific techniques in a unique way to get public interest is a great way to get more people engaged with science.

The damages are the unpaid rent and unless you have a good reason (Such as there were safety issues with the property that the landlord wasn’t addressing), the tenant will lose this case in court.

Doubtful unless your landlord is a really nice person. If you sign a 12 month lease, you are on the hook to pay all 12 months.

My opt out clauses have been less forgiving:
