Too bad they can't call it Playstation Smash Bros. I honestly wouldn't mind.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about this as well since I've been buying 3rd party Xbox controllers for PC controllers. I'm very aware of what I like and the truth is no single controller nails it. One controller, in my honest opinion, comes closest.
The only thing I have against FFO is that it's numbered. You can say it's a stupid thing to be upset about, but I don't hold it against the game. I hold it against SQEN and their strangeness. No amount of their creative rational will convince me it was appropriate to number it eleven. Part of me thinks they just…
That's not a good reason, even if it's official (which I'm not sure it is).
I really want that figure, but $200 is just not in the budget for it. I hope they do a modern Super Sonic as well.
Always-Online DRM only makes sense when online play is a necessary component of the game. Multiplayer modes and the marketplace are about the only time a player will do that. I don't see why the single-player portion has to be locked as well.
I believe in Itagaki. Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive aren't perfect, but they are still damn good. But I get that it's a new IP in the Triple-A game world, and Itagaki didn't have anything prepared yet.
Twitter is an information funnel. Both world and individual flows through it. Some information we'll like, some we won't, but you can't make the judgement without having the information to reflect upon.
Smash Bros. has balanced rules and regulations. You can change them though. You can work with a variable set of rules for each match. Items can be turned on and off.
Stylized Action Game sounds even less specific than Brawler. The term Brawling very accurately describes what all those games have you doing most of the time. You brawl hordes.
Hmm. It's tough to say whether this is actually a method that should not be used. People will spread the word about their favorite games anyways. In a sense, this is a way to incentivize people making other people aware, even if they normally aren't gamers. They would probably be exposed to the media by…
Personally, I'm fine with that train of thought. You paid for a game and then downloaded that same game a different way. I guess the only real issue would be on the publisher side where the user agreement would be concerned.
Hmm. I was going to say that I think most people doing this are trying to make the people look ugly. I don't think they use the true idealized proportions, just the overly exaggerated ones.
Now, just imagine if that's how Street Fighter actually looked like. I think we need a new spin off for Street Fighter to accomodate this. That, or Asura's Wrath keeps going with Capcom cameos.
I completely disagree with MartialBullet's reasoning. Smash Bros. is a fighting game, just a different kind of fighting game.
Awww, they should have waited on the N7 ranking thing. They totally set it up for an "Over 9000" reference.
I was actually going to tweet something like that. Mine would have been "Bioshock Infinite? More like Infinitely Delayed!"
Yes, SW: MOTK played terribly, but it wasn't a terrible idea. The idea could be worth revisiting considering the rebirth of the fighting genre, and the expansion of the SW universe. I know SW:TFU2 on Wii had a Versus mode. Start from there and improve on it.
I wonder if Miyamoto would praise the Vita even if it appealed to him. I don't think he's allowed to really approve of competition because, you know, business ethics, contracts and such.
That's an issue the developers can get around.
