Wow. N64 kid is dethroned HARD.

The extra costumes and weapons are interesting, but not compelling enough for me to buy them.
Want Zelda toys! Mario has a line of toys in the US, but what about the other properties, especially Zelda?
The Super Mario sisters would be an interesting concept for a Mario and Luigi game. Some villian casts a spell on the Mushroom Kingdom to swap genders for some silly reason. I'd play it just on basis alone.
It looks like a relatively dark tale. The animation bounces between amazing and stiff. I like the 3D style being used here, but the animation quality is just all over.
I think Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 3 coming out 9 months after the first one is another big disappointment.
I've said this before, I have only two requests for graphics with next generation tech:
This is currently the only Vita exclusive game I'm interested in. This and Ruin. Uncharted looks fine, but I'm not actually a fan of the series (yet).
I share your sentiment. I think subscription works fine for MMO. I don't see the thought of paying $60 up-front, getting one month of play, then $15 a month.
Yes that's true. The end of comment was addressing that. As more people eventually play games, naturally more attractive people will be gaming. However, the unhealthy image of the geek (obese, poor hygiene, lives in parents basement, etc) will take a long time to fade from the social consciousness.
Ok, this article was talking about the first step to recovery. Accept we have an issue. I think we're in the midst of it.
To me, it was not. How drastic the transition was, is the key factor for me. The high-tech dungeon didn't change the whole design of the dungeon. With the Cistern and the Underground, they functioned completely differently.
On the jump off question:
That concept is something I asked for in Zelda games. While Zelda games always culminate with a final dungeon that uses each item, it's nice to see the whole game built around expansion and continuous exploration.
Can't wait for the game. Gearbox's writing staff are in top form based on the card's dialogue.
Looks good. I'm sure the Move being accurate helps a lot. Makes me wonder how much better some Wii games would handle if they could be played with the Move.
If would be interesting if more of the big Japanese publishers tasked western studios with a spin-off of some of their successive IPs. It would be a nice experiment to see what would become of it. Nintendo had Retro build the Metroid Prime games and they were fantastic.
I'm a bit of a graphics snob, but I'm not picky when it comes to style. I really only have two ideals about graphics that I hope games reach in the next generation.
It's a rather simple composition, but the color combinations and details make it more interesting. It's not bad, but not impressive. The gameplay concept is all that's been intriguing me.
What the hell, I'll give the free version a try. I just want to know exactly where my PC stands in terms of power. I have a new non-custom gaming PC, and it's great, but not spectacular. I'd like to know where the sweet spot for performance lies.
