I hate Kasich, but I hope the Ohio Electoral College voters do vote for him instead. It may not make a difference, but it sends a message that I'd be happy to see Ohio send.

My favorite bike ever.

Through clever use of the incredible amounts of time off I've surprised myself by saving up this year, after this week (and I'm taking this Friday off too), I am able to work only two days a week through the end of the year!

I work in a huge conglomerate that does have HR, but when someone at our company did that same thing (posted nasty stuff online clearly targeting their co-workers), that person's boss didn't even bother with HR, they fired them outright. You never know!

I had a disc camera! I took it to Atlanta and Quebec for my school trips that year.

Finally got Doctor Strange vol. 2 from the library and read it in one sitting. Good stuff. It seems a little light, story-wise, but maybe as the series goes on, it will develop some depth?

Fuck my new neighbor. I've not even laid eyes on them yet after a week and a half since they moved in, and they are busily unpacking, ALL NIGHT EVERY NIGHT and slamming, banging, pounding things around over there. I can only take so much. They've woken me out of a sound sleep twice, prevented me from getting to sleep

Beginning Mark Gatiss's Lucifer Box trilogy of spy novels. I'm 100 pages into the first one, and it's one of the funniest things I've ever read. Equal parts Wild Wild West, James Bond, and slapstick, and so far a delight.

Oh! Sorry. And don't worry, I myself use "man" and "dude" no matter who I'm talking to. Nothing taken personally here. :)

Good luck!

Yes. If you're thinking what I think you're thinking, no; it doesn't always work like that.

No problem! You in Ohio, by any chance? :)

Yeah, I am a little overweight but not fat, and not the ugliest woman in the world. I get it man.

You and me both. :(

Wow, nice!

I'm with you on that.

Patti Smith's M Train. I am loving her delicate, textured writing.

Favorite Album: Probably also Blackstar
Favorite movie: Doctor Strange
Favorite book (read, not released this year): Possibly Michel Faber's Under the Skin

Oh my God! I'm so sorry, that's awful.

Yeah, I didn't chip in on that conversation because it was full of "What moron reads Archie?" stuff, but … I'm into it. I'm intrigued by the modernization of the Archie and Jughead comics and I loved Chilling Adventure of Sabrina. I also really want to read Afterlife With Archie.
