Yep! And he was super smart and knowledgeable, but all he could really tell me was that he thinks I’m taking too many meds for too many different things, and the seizure could have been related to that, but we’ll never know. And unfortunately, none of the meds are things I can do without. So I’ve tried cutting back…

:( I had a seizure (just one, and I still don’t know why it happened)—it was the worst. And honestly, I feel like it has made my anxiety a lot worse in the months since. I’m constantly having panic attacks brought on by fear of having another and by remembering what it felt like to come to after blacking out.
