Every corporation has a portfolio filled with vague patents. Everyone is suing everyone. It's just that you're viewing the world through Engadizmodocrunch glasses. Apple brings in traffic. So the blogs focus their lazer beams on to them. If you think other companies don't do the same shit as Apple is doing than

National Football Conference. I always figured Steve Jobs as a Niners fan.

In Massachusetts they just made it illegal for cops to conduct a search of a vehicle due to the odor of burning Marijuana. After reading the Justices decisions it doesn't look like it will effect the Massachusetts motor vehicle law any. Which is great.

I've had a wireless trackpad (that was obviously sat on), a deep sea diving iPhone 4, a iPad 1 with a tiny bit of light leakage, and an iPad 2 with corner light leakage all replaced within the past 2 months at Apple.

Or like Samsung....miscalculated the 7" tablet market.

    "snark_attack"?

While you sat at home being snarky and read all about it on the internet....

To me it's pretty black and white. Tracking is either right or it's wrong. You're trying to create some sort of grey area to justify your sensationalist headline and that crazy assumption you drew from their statement.

Engadget's filled with flame bait and trolls nowadays.

Zaos still refuses to read the article.

What's "cought" ? Is that some sort of disease? How do you get it?
