I actually wish they had made this more violent, less pretty— more highlight of the good and the bad, and less of the hey! fighting leads to rough sex and images of eminem magically being coated in flame without being consumed!

I don't want to have paralyszing social anxiety and worry, fear of new situations and cities, or take joy in small minded pettiness. There are a ton of good things about my mother, but I so do not want the bad.

@BAngieB really hates puns: The church I went to in my youth had a scandal like that. I was only 13 or 14, and after I found out our minister was fucking a married woman in our congregation, I didn't set foot in a church until I was 17.
