I recall when Obama was elected, some NASCAR drivers refused to meet him or accept his invitation to the White House. I can only hope that since only 19% of the country elected D. Trump, his first and only 4 years is marked by an unprecedented number of Americans refusing to meet or respect him.

I like Van Jones a lot. I don’t know that CNN would have been watchable during the rise of Trump without him, but I have thought for a while now that he is a bit naive.

I see no reason to give shitstains like this the benefit of the doubt. They had a chance. And they voted for Trump. That was their chance and they fucked it up.

I don’t think anyone is saying that they should be ‘automatically taken care of’. With housing and rental cost of everything in the bay, there are few ways (in my understanding) to have events like this without have a ton of money. Few activists and artists, especially in this scene, have that kind of money.
