I never understood this sentiment. None of the main cast _knows_ who the big bad is, especially not until the climax/reveal. If you watched kingsglaive it actually spoils his involvement.

There are a lot (A LOT) of instances where picking WM or Hanzo are garbage choices. Enemy team has a Rein and one other tank? Why would you pick a sniper? Who are you going to hit? How are you going to kill them?
