The only noticeable difference you’ll feel between any of the versions is that the PC can run at 60 fps and that the different controllers have different dead zones, so you turn slightly differently on one vs the other. Other than that and I think 1 car, identical!

The items aren’t cosmetic - different colors give different bonuses, like faster stamina recharge, more health, more damage, and faster bomb recharge.
