Very much agreed. Predators look for people who are unsure of themselves. They target Target people who are vulnerable. That's what predators do. 

You should always warn people before you touch them in any setting. I am hyper aware of where my body is physically and tell people, “I’m right behind you just so you know” or say “Excuse me” when I’m physically near them just so I don’t startle anyone or make them uncomfortable.

I've only ever had one woman do that lower back thing to me and it was memorable (this was like 10 years ago now) because women generally don't do that but men do it all the time.

I eat noodles, eggs, cereal, and a whole lot of stuff out of a Starbucks mug someone gave me. If Starbucks is dirty, I will use other mugs as a back up. I think I do it because it feels like less of an effort and commitment than dirtying and filling an entire plate or bowl.
